Every GreenCat item is printed just for you, so it takes a little time to make before it ships. All prices are in CAD.

Where we ship 🌎

We ship to Canada, the US, and worldwide. A few items have limits: - Hoodies & sweatshirts and some pet items: Canada and US only - Mugs: US only - Everything else (shirts, hats, posters, phone cases, stickers & paper, most pet items): worldwide

If an item can't ship to your address, checkout will let you know.

How long it takes (estimates)

These are estimates. They aren't guarantees. Holidays, peak season, and carrier delays can make things slower.

Where your item comes from

Most items are made by printing partners in the United States. Our hoodies are made by Print Geek in Canada. If your order has more than one kind of item, it may arrive in separate packages, and that's normal.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the items in your cart and where you live.

Duties & taxes 🧾

Orders shipping across borders (for example, from US printers to Canada, or any international order) may owe duties, taxes, or brokerage fees on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Digital downloads

The Wallpaper Pack and Emote Pack are digital, so nothing ships. Your download link arrives by email right after you pay.

Address mix-ups

Please double-check your address. We can't cover reprints for packages sent to an address that was entered wrong. Need to fix it? Email us as soon as possible. Once production starts, we can't make changes.

Lost packages

If tracking says "delivered" but your package isn't there, check with your neighbours and the carrier, then email us. We'll help sort it out with the printer.
